An enhanced job overview inquiry for the Forefront® construction management software provides detailed job progress, including job-to-date costs and billings, change requests, and original contract details, in a single screen, states the company. The drill-down capability is achieved through integration with the other Forefront modules, including Project Management and Document Imaging. From the original contract, the user can view proposed, approved, and executed change orders, as well as the original change requests. Committed costs, phase detail, payroll/labor information, and AP invoices can all be viewed from the same job overview inquiry screen. Contracts, drawing revisions, payroll time cards, and vendor invoices are among the original documents that can be viewed onscreen then printed, faxed, or e-mailed.
