Dwight Perkins and Edwin Ho have joined the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials. Perkins will play a role in providing support for jurisdiction using the Uniform Codes, while Ho will manage the association’s Canadian operations.

CERF/IIEC, a nonprofit organization that collaborates with the construction, engineering, and environmental industries for an efficient and renewable future, has hired Paul B. Bleiweis, Ph.D. , as the chief operating officer. Harvey M. Bernstein, president and ceo of CERF/IIEC, has been selected by the U.S. Department of State to be a member of the Bureau of Overseas Buildings Industry Advisory Panel (IAP). The IAP will provide Overseas Buildings Operations with a chance to ensure that the best possible methods available are considered in order to provide safe, secure, and functional facilities for U.S. diplomatic missions throughout the world and to oversee the department’s real estate assets.
