The multimode Model PWM3 pocket weather meter provides the most local weather reports, says the company. The compact instrument supplies digital readings of temperature, humidity, dewpoint, wind chill, heat index, current wind speed, average wind speed, and maximum wind speed, displaying them in user-selectable °F and °C, m/sec, mph, knots, km/hr, ft/min, and Beaufort. CE-approved and rated NEMA 6, the waterproof meter runs on a single coin cell battery with an average life of 400 hr. The unit also features automatic shutoff 30 min after last key press.
