FALLS CHURCH, VA — The Plumb-ing-Heating-Cooling Contractors — National Association (PHCC) has joined the Building a Better America Caucus (BABAC). Its mission: to “promote initiatives that strengthen property rights, highlight the impor-tance of the construction industry, increase access to training in the construction trades, maximize fair and open competition, decrease taxation, and eliminate outdated regulations that inflate costs and limit jobs, and improve the overall environment for construction workers and business in the United States.”

Rep. Gary Miller (R-CA) serves as BABAC’s chairman; 14 other proconstruction House members participate in the coalition that was established last year in Congress.
