Flexi-Web is a sealant and spacer system for the manufacture of injected foam insulated end-panels for refrigeration display units. Its design lets it bend horizontally and vertically for curved, patterned shapes and bent end-panel applications, the company says. Comprised of a resilient adhesive mastic and patented corrugated web spacer, the system separates and spaces the end-panel skins while providing a seal between the skins to retain the injected foam. The sealant provides adhesion to a variety of materials, including aluminum, glass, stainless steel, and plastic.
