When installed in the liquid line of an air conditioning or refrigeration system, the new Moisture Indicator Generation II provides a positive indication of the refrigerant in the system, the company says. The UL-approved unit is made of forged brass and steel with a large, clear fused sight glass. It is available in 12 sizes with a maximum working pressure of 500 psi and a maximum temperature rating of 200°F (93°C), says the company. The unit is reversible and male flare-type units are supplied with brass flare nuts. There are two color indicators for safe and danger.
