WASHINGTON, DC — The Trane Company received a letter of intent (LOI) to deliver chillers with exceptional efficiency for the new Washington Convention Center, which is now under construction.
Plans call for a 3,500-ton chiller module, where each chiller module consists of two Trane duplex chillers, which will provide 10,500 tons of 37°F chilled water at a chiller efficiency of 0.532 kW/ton, the company says.
