ARLINGTON, VA — The Air-Con-ditioning & Refrigeration Institute’s (ARI’s) Training Committee and the special Industry Recruitment Task Force have established the ARI Equipment Donation program as part of an ongoing effort to solve technician recruitment problems.

The program will accept donations of equipment and ARI staff will select schools that meet or exceed industry standards to receive those donations. ARI members can donate equipment that has passed certification testing at Interteck Testing Service (ITS), or an organization can name a contact to communicate with ARI on specific donation needs. New, discontinued, demonstration, returned, or scratched and dented products can be donated.
