The Metraflex Co.: PIPE GUIDING SYSTEM
The company says engineers and contractors can now properly guide pipes where it is difficult or impossible to install traditional pipes. The new “T-slide Slide Guide” can isolate the building from noise and vibration from the mechanical room, eliminate costly field fabrication to help a guide “reach” a solid wall for support, and it attaches to the floor and ceiling right at the riser hole, simplifying installation and minimizing labor costs, according to the manufacturer.
