United Technologies Corp. and subsidiary Carrier Corp. (Syracuse, NY) have completed the acquisition of Electrolux Commercial Refrigeration from Sweden’s Electrolux Group for about $145 million in cash. The unit will be integrated into Carrier’s Commercial Refrigeration Operations.
