Joshua Crouch never planned to be a marketer or a podcast host. He was hired in 2013 as an accountant for a local HVAC firm, where he quickly became the office manager and then the operations manager. In eight years, he worked at three different HVAC companies, where he held various roles including CSR, dispatcher, branch manager, director of sales and marketing, and even territory sales manager.
Those years revealed a gap that would define Crouch’s next chapter: Contractors needed a partner who truly understood the trades to guide their digital growth.
“Relentless Digital started after giving advice to a large group of business owners about what was working for us at the time,” Crouch said. “I had several people, after a few months of posting advice, start asking if I could help them personally.”
And thus, in 2020, Relentless Digital was born.
“My goal is to make Relentless Digital the absolute best digital marketing agency for the trades,” Crouch said.
And the market has taken notice. Relentless Digital has landed on the Inc. 5000 two times (ranking as high as No. 217) and was named an Inc. Best Workplace in 2025.
Since 2021, Crouch has co-hosted Service Business Mastery with past Top 40 honoree Tersh Blissett, reaching over 160,000 listeners each month. The show regularly sits in the Top 100 of all Business Management podcasts and was crowned HVAC Podcast of the Year at the 2024 HVAC Tactical Awards. Crouch’s next target: pushing the show into the Top 25 overall.

“[Josh] is the one who stays late after events to help someone rewrite a job ad or fix their call tracking in real time,” Blissett said. “He answers questions when no one else does.
