Developed as an entry-level alternative to the company’s premium Steelheart line, units in the Valiance series deliver practical, dependable performance without compromising on quality, the press release said, and are intended for small to mid-sized operations.

“Valiance fills a critical gap in the market,” said Seth Sawyer, director of product development, refrigeration, at Hoshizaki America. “We listened to our customers who wanted the reliability and durability Hoshizaki is known for, at a price that works for tighter budgets. Valiance delivers that balance between performance and value.”

The initial Valiance series launch includes one- and two-section upright reach-in refrigerators and freezers, one- and two-section undercounter refrigerators and freezers, and one- and two-section sandwich prep tables.

Each unit is engineered for durability, efficiency, and ease of use, Hoshizaki’s press release said. Reach-in models feature rear-ducted airflow, hot gas condensate removal, and front-breathing condensers for optimized performance in tight kitchen spaces. Reversible doors, stay-open hinges, and recessed gaskets are standard across the line. Hoshizaki will continue to support and grow the Valiance line, with additional models coming soon.

Valiance units are backed by a three-year warranty on labor, a four-year warranty on parts, and a five-year warranty on compressors. Most units in the Valiance by Hoshizaki line are Energy Star-certified.
