Though all of these are notable achievements, they weren’t what Strusowski mentioned as his biggest HVAC accomplishments. Perhaps a little more fitting to Strusowski’s character, he attributed one of these to be “helping one of my beach hotel clients update their HVAC units that were in dire need of repair while also adding a BAS system to their building,” Strusowski said. “This has helped them have better control of their building while also adding to their customer satisfaction.”

Within that same vein, Strusowski said, “Consistently helping our clients get through the down times by responding quickly and providing solutions to get their equipment up and running in a timely manner. Response time and communication is most important during the emergency situations.”

He has also received the EBS Elite Club silver status award from Trane in 2019, 2020, and 2022. The award recognizes individuals who had outstanding performance in providing products and services to the existing building market, exceeding their quota by 115% or more.

“My main goal is spreading the word of the HVAC/building trades and help expand that opportunity in Delaware,” Strusowski said. “The construction trades are in huge demand. ... My other main goal is to become/maintain being a trusted resource within our clients as well as within the industry.”
