Beijer Ref's Heritage Distribution Acquires AMSCO

Young Supply will continue to operate under its existing brand, both in distribution and marketing. The existing management will roll over investment into Beijer Ref’s U.S. platform and continue to run the business.

ATLANTA — Heritage Distribution Holdings, the U.S. platform for international HVAC wholesaler Beijer Ref, has agreed to acquire the assets of AMSCO Supply, an HVAC distributor serving contractors in the Midwestern and Southwestern United States, including in Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, and Texas. AMSCO has annual sales of approximately $45 million.
Founded in 1974 and headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma, AMSCO is a family-owned company. The company has a strong alignment with Heritage Distribution’s key suppliers.
AMSCO will continue to operate under its own brand in both distribution and marketing. The existing management will roll over investment into Heritage Distribution and continue to run the business. AMSCO Supply employs approximately 50 people.
