Ashley Pleiman has done great things for both Logan A/C & Heat Services and for the HVAC industry as a whole. With more than 17 years of experience in the HVAC industry, Pleiman has worn many different hats and taken on many different roles in the organization that led her to her current position as president of Logan Services.
Prior to her current role as president of the company, Pleiman was the vice president of human resources, finance, and logistics at the company. She has an abundance of experience working with employees and making decisions that impact the day-to-day operations, as well as elevating the company’s growth and success through the years.
“Over the last 16 years, I have achieved a lot of personal and career goals, and I’ve recently found that my youthful, burning hunger to become someone significant in our industry has shifted to a burning hunger to lead and mentor individuals to be someone significant within the HVAC industry,” she said. “So my goal is just that as I lead my team here at Logan Services: creating and casting our company vision with transparency and passion while providing fruitful opportunities for anyone who wants to be someone in HVAC.”
One of Pleiman’s accomplishments was helping the company open an onsite training center in 2017 to allow them to provide career opportunities to individuals with little or no HVAC experience. She also lead the implementation of their Apprentice Program, which has since graduated more than 25 installers and technicians.
