Dan Bremmer is the president and general manager of the Western Michigan Division at Anderson Group Holdings. At Anderson, he is responsible for over $50 million in revenue and has more than 250 teammates as part of his group. His business is a full-line trades business, offering residential service to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and sewer to customers throughout Western Michigan and Northern Chicago.
Since joining the team, his results have been exceptional. In all financials areas, his team sets the standard for the company, including close rates, average ticket, and sold hour efficiency. Most notable of his company’s leading metrics is top line revenue growth. For the full year 2022, Bremmer’s team grew an amazing 47% and followed that performance in 2023 by achieving over 25% in 2023 (first 6 months).
“One of the primary things that I would like to accomplish in my career is to make the trades a viable, and appealing, career choice in our communities,” Bremmer said. “Additionally, I also want to continue developing myself both personally and professionally so that I can better lead and develop my teammates. Through these efforts, I want our company to be the No. 1 choice of home services in the Midwestern United States.”
Bremmer is also very involved in the company’s training academy. He has helped expand the company’s tech training course from offering basic plumbing and HVAC service courses (34 graduates in 2022) to a full-service training academy. The goal for 2023 is to triple the number of students instructed.
