She started as a CSR, followed by operations manager, branch manager, hybrid TM, and director of customer service & employee development. She is currently the vice president of sales and general manager of Virginia Air Distributors (VAD).

“This is a very exciting time for myself and our whole entire team at VAD. We were recently acquired by the Master Group out of Canada, which makes VAD their flagship venture in the U.S. Together we are committed to growing our footprint across North America, starting organically in my team’s territory in Ohio and western Pennsylvania. Over the next few years, we plan to open 8-12 new branches across the region, investing in being stronger partners to our customers with the end goal of being the supplier of choice that brings comfort in all facets of their lives. We have our work cut out for us, but we are energized and excited to get to work in accomplishing these goals,” Jennifer said.
