Spraggins Inc. Acquires One Stop Cooling and Heating
ORLANDO, Fla. — Spraggins Inc. announced that it has acquired One Stop Cooling and Heating. Operating out of five branch locations in Central and North Florida and utilizing a fleet of 200 installation and service trucks, One Stop is a residential HVAC company located in Florida.
“Acquiring One Stop allows us to continue executing on our strategy of diversifying our service offering as well as expanding our geographic footprint," said Michael Spraggins, CEO of Spraggins Inc. "We are excited to enter the mechanical trades and will be maintaining the One Stop brand going forward.”
