Description: Designed to support HVACR markets transitioning away from less environmentally friendly refrigerants, Opteon XP10 has an ASHRAE designation of A1, making it suitable for new and retrofit uses under current codes and standards. Opteon XP10 is approved by major OEMs and is ideal for retrofits for medium-temperature, as well as some low-temperature, applications. Largely being embraced as a preferred R-134a alternative, Opteon XP10 offers excellent capacity, compatibility with existing rolls and oils, comparable energy efficiency, and an approximate 56% GWP reduction compared to R-134a refrigerants.
