YEAR-TO-DATE: Year-to-date U.S. shipments of residential gas storage water heaters decreased 2.2 percent, residential electric storage water heaters decreased 1.7 percent, commercial gas storage water heaters decreased 8.1 percent, commercial electric storage water heaters increased 7.7 percent, gas warm-air furnaces increased 13.6 percent, oil warm-air furnaces increased 20.9 percent, central air conditioners increased 0.7 percent, and heat pumps increased 3.4 percent.
