HARDI Hires New Additions in Expansion of Marketing and Membership Teams
Sarah Jilbert and Emily Frost to join teams
COLUMBUS, Ohio — Heating, Air-conditioning & Refrigeration Distributors International (HARDI) announced the expansion of its Membership and Marketing teams with the recent hires of Sarah Jilbert and Emily Frost.
Jilbert joins HARDI’s membership team as an account manager, assisting HARDI members in capitalizing on the products and services HARDI offers. With previous experience in the HVAC industry, Jilbert brings added knowledge and passion to support current and prospective HARDI members. Jilbert’s role will have a focus on HARDI’s wholesaler membership categories.
“We are excited to have Sarah joining the HARDI team in our new account manager role,” said Chris DeBoer, director of Marketing & Sales. “Her personality and previous industry knowledge are a perfect fit for the new position, and we are excited to start having her visit and connect with our wholesalers.”
Following graduation from the University of Dayton MBA program, Frost brings innovative ideas to the HARDI marketing team as the new content manager. Working alongside Chris DeBoer and Connor Luft, Frost is excited to bring helpful and valuable information to HARDI members.
“HARDI’s new content manager role was created to oversee and manage the association’s content development and creation,” said DeBoer. “Given Emily’s fresh perspective and ambition, we are excited to have her join the marketing team as our content manager and look forward to seeing how she helps HARDI continue to add value to all our members through the development and creation of useful, interesting pieces of content.”
