Latest versions of Epicor Prophet 21 and Epicor Eclipse provide enhanced tools designed to increase productivity

Grow sales, increase margins, and improve productivity with Epicor Prophet 21

This newest release of Prophet 21 software introduces Inline Search, which allows users to enter search parameters without leaving the window in which they are currently working. This feature — only available in the Prophet 21 web application — helps to dramatically improve the user experience and productivity. For better management of inventory, the addition of enhanced cycle counting provides greater flexibility. With more options to customize cycle count in line with business needs, users can be more productive and reduce the use of paper.

Customers now have the ability to make system changes much faster using DynaChange. This feature also allows for the tracking of changes by who made them. Additionally, Mass Updates has an updated user interface for the Prophet 21 web application. The new, modern, user-friendly interface allows for simple updating of data, including the ability to add new records with full data verification.

This new release includes the migration of the Prophet 21 Wireless Warehouse Management System (WWMS) to the Prophet 21 web application, a time clock entry feature, and improved integration between Prophet 21 and Epicor Manifest for shipping management. Prophet 21 Manufacturing has been enhanced to help distributors simplify processes, reduce waste, track labor, and improve profitability, regardless of product complexity.

Increase efficiency and flexibility with Epicor Eclipse

This release sees the launch of a new application programming interface (API) option for Eclipse software. The API improves extensibility to help make distributors in the electrical; plumbing; HVAC; and pipe, valve, and fitting (PVF) industries more efficient and flexible. This first phase of APIs delivers modern technology with file-level integration transactions to ensure data integrity. The introduction of APIs will establish Eclipse as a platform that can be extended to solve new problems with newer technology.

Job management enhancements extend access to job data and improve end-user efficiencies in data entry. Additionally, Epicor Data Analytics (EDA) has been enhanced to include a radio frequency (RF) data extract.
