Hart & Cooley Names Jill Gantos Director of Marketing

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Hart & Cooley Inc., a business unit of Johnson Controls’ Building Technologies & Solutions, recently announced the appointment of Jill Gantos to director of marketing. In this role, Gantos is responsible for marketing in support of Hart & Cooley’s brands and channels.
Gantos first joined the company five years ago as a product manager. For the past four years, she has held the position of marketing manager. Her broad range of perspective includes leadership roles in engineering, business development, and sales.
Gantos holds a master’s degree from Western Michigan University and a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University. She currently serves on the Heating, Air-conditioning & Refrigeration Distributors International (HARDI) Marketing and Impact committees. Gantos is an active member of Women in HVAC and supports Johnson Controls’ activities to encourage and promote women in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).
