STONE MOUNTAIN, Ga. — Heatcraft Worldwide Refrigeration, a provider of commercial and industrial refrigeration components, systems and service solutions, is broadening its OEM Extended Service Agreement (ESA) program by introducing Heatcraft Extended Service Agreements to its wholesaler partners. The expansion of the ESA program allows Heatcraft Wholesale and OEM partners to offer their customers a program that protects them from downtime and the cost of unexpected repairs. The company has partnered with Trinity Warranty, a provider of risk management programs for the HVACR industry, to oversee the Heatcraft ESA program.

The Heatcraft Extended Service Agreement program for Wholesalers provides additional warranty protection for parts and service labor. Program benefits for the wholesaler include backing by an A (Excellent)-rated insurance company certified by A.M. Best Company, efficient order processing and satisfaction knowing the Trinity Warranty will directly pay all service providers for covered repairs. Additionally, any covered mechanical system failures are warrantied during the term of the ESA.

“By extending the Extended Service Agreement program to our wholesale partners, Heatcraft will have greater opportunities to provide enhanced service to end-use customers,” said Ray Clarke, director of parts sales and warranty administration.
