JB&A to Provide Extended Service Agreements for Mitsubishi Electric
Will provide customers with coverage that falls outside of the Mitsubishi Limited Parts Warranty
SUWANEE, Ga. — Mitsubishi Electric US Cooling & Heating Division has announced a collaboration with JB & Associates Extended Warranties LLC. (JB&A) to be its new provider of extended service agreements.
The JB&A Premium Protection Plan™ will provide customers with labor, refrigerant, and parts coverage that falls outside of the Mitsubishi Limited Parts Warranty.
Mitsubishi contractors will have the ability to purchase agreements and file optional warranty claims through a custom JB&A website. The company said every plan purchased through JB&A is backed by an A-rated, A.M. Best insurance company.
