Terra is rated at up to 27 SEER and is Energy Star® qualified even at 24,000 Btuh. According to the company, the Terra line is engineered to reduce energy consumption by up to 65 percent. Its photocatalytic filter and X-fan improves air quality by eliminating 99.9 percent of bacteria and viruses, while dually inhibiting mildew growth on its coil.

Equipped with an Intelligent Defrost, the company said it reduces energy loss and defrost time by only defrosting when needed.
