Heatcraft Introduces THE HUB Customer Portal
Intuitive, browser-based portal provides real-time access to tools, products, and information
Heatcraft Worldwide Refrigeration announced the launch of THE HUB, the company’s latest eTool platform that will enable users to gain faster access to the tools, information, and products needed to quickly service customers' needs. As the next generation of Heatcraft’s existing product selection software, users of THE HUB will experience a more robust, browser-based portal that can be accessed anytime, anywhere on a smart device of choice.
THE HUB is browser-based and mobile responsive to provide real-time data and information without the inconvenience of installing proprietary software and downloading periodic updates. With user-friendly navigation, THE HUB provides faster access to submittal drawings, box load calculations, equipment selection, and quotes in a secure, confidential environment. Additionally, Heatcraft customers can designate admin user permissions within their companies to give employees access to specific tools and other information to better service their customers.
“Heatcraft moved to a platform that takes us into the future by providing quick and easy access to real-time data anytime, anywhere on their mobile device of choice,” stated Kevin Chunn, director of business processes for Heatcraft. “Whether the user is at a job site and needs to get a quick submittal on their smartphone or is in the office creating quotes, selecting equipment, or calculating box loads on their tablet or laptop, THE HUB has features that help users quickly accomplish their work. This is only the first phase of additional eCommerce related enhancements that Heatcraft will be making to continuously improve the ease of doing business with us”.
Support of the current Heatcraft product selection software, known as ProSelect, is planned to be discontinued as of December 31, 2018. To ensure current users experience a smooth transition to THE HUB, Heatcraft has assembled a dedicated team ready to provide easy registration instructions and training for the new portal. In addition, online training and live webinars will be available for registered users of THE HUB.
