The Future of Flat Rate Pricing Seminars for Service Business Owners Announced
The New Flat Rate announces dates for four new business seminars in 2018
The New Flat Rate has announced the dates of its four new business seminars for 2018, titled The Future of Flat Rate Pricing. The first full-day seminar is scheduled for March 27 in Atlanta, and the other three are planned to take place in Minneapolis, Minnesota on June 26; Dallas, Texas on Sept. 18; and Phoenix, Arizona on Dec. 4, 2018.
“These business seminars will give an in-depth view of the psychology of buying, how customers respond to menu-pricing and why it works,” said Rodney Koop, founder and CEO of The New Flat Rate. “HVAC, plumbing, and electrical contractors are often at the mercy of inconsistent pricing and reduced profitability. But they can double and triple their sales if they take the guesswork out of service pricing and make sure their price is right.”
The Future of Flat Rate Pricing seminars are specifically for plumbing, HVAC, and electrical business owners. Topics to be covered in each seminar will include:
- An in-depth look at the billable hour and how to make sure your pricing structure is right.
- How showing a menu of options to customers lower customer resistance and improve the opportunity for upselling.
- Ways to help contractors and techs be successful at sales without forcing them to become a typical salesperson.
- How techs can be techs—yet have the tools to increase sales and make your business incredible profits.
“Most techs don’t want to be salespeople,” Koop said. “But if you give techs an easy tool to sell that removes the anxiety of price haggle, negotiation and being pushy, then selling becomes easier, business owners make more money and techs are happy.”
The Future of Flat Rate Pricing seminars are free of charge and will include breakfast, lunch, and a post-event reception that incorporates a question and answer session with event speakers.
The first seminar on March 27 will take place at the Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Airport North, 3437 Bobby Brown Parkway, Atlanta, Georgia 30344. Attendees will hear from industry experts like TNFR founder and CEO Rodney Koop; TNFR vice president of training and implementation, Matt Koop; TNFR process development and advanced sales trainer, Leo Morales; and TNFR pricing expert and fulfillment manager, Jessica Cox.
