Mitsubishi Electric Appoints New Leadership Roles

McSharry and Wright to lead solutions and educational sales

SUWANEE, Ga. — Mitsubishi Electric US Inc. Cooling & Heating Division (Mitsubishi Electric), announced the appointments of Tom McSharry to senior director of solutions and Brian Wright to director of educational sales.

McSharry is responsible for refining strategic marketing for solutions, which includes a fee-based service comprised of industry experts across the country that assist in the setup of all aspects of HVAC systems, from project management and owner training to building design and integration. McSharry will develop and execute the overall business plan, while providing leadership and guidance to the solutions team. He serves as a liaison, working closely with sales, engineering, product planning, and other functional departments to ensure collaboration and cultivate resources. McSharry brings 20 years of sales, marketing, engineering, and business development experience to this position.

As a senior member of the commercial business management team at Mitsubishi Electric, Wright is responsible for developing and managing the education vertical market nationwide. He builds relationships with school organizations to generate CITY MULTI® and M- and P-Series product sales, while additionally supporting distributors in developing their sales opportunities. Wright brings 25 years of sales and business management experience to his current position.
