LAS VEGAS — Fresh-Aire UV^® named Southwestern HVAC Sales LLC, Smithville, Texas as its “2016 Rep of the Year" at the International Air-Conditioning, Heating and Refrigerating Exposition (AHR Expo 2017), Jan. 31, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The five-year-old manufacturer’s representative grew its Fresh-Aire UV sales by 42 percent in 2016 by developing a four-point sales contractor training program consisting of monthly two-hour sessions. The program, which was provided to more than 50 contractors, consisted of a product introduction, technical training/sales, product sales/marketing training, and culminated with salesmanship coaching. It was the rep firm's second Rep of the Year award from Fresh-Aire UV after winning in 2012.
