NASHUA, N.H. — Viega LLC hosted and trained more than 200 industry professionals at its 2016 Nashua Educational Facility Open House within its educational facility in Nashua, New Hampshire.

Viega’s annual open house provided attendees with the opportunity to see its Nashua training facility, where thousands of professionals in the plumbing, HVAC, and pipe-joining industries receive training each year. Attendees received a Viega technical services team meet and greet, an overview of the facility’s training programs and services, and discounts toward future training packages.

This year’s open house welcomed more than 300 registrants and 200 contractors, wholesalers, engineers, and other attendees, who received product demonstrations from Viega throughout the day. Participants were also able to attend training sessions, such as “Hydronic Piping Using Viega MegaPress and Viega ProPress” and “NFPA 13D PEX Fire Sprinkler.”

“The open house serves as a fun and informative opportunity for industry professionals to get a glimpse into the innovative and expansive training programs we offer at Viega,” said Jason McKinnon, director of technical services, Viega. “Viega is proud to have hosted so many attendees at this year’s Nashua Educational Facility Open House. We enjoyed great weather for the event, excellent food with a pig roast, and gave away several prizes, including press tools and jaws for Viega press systems.”

Viega opened its North American Educational Facility in Nashua, New Hampshire, in 2006, offering a comprehensive range of training courses from one-day to weeklong programs. The company continues to expand training in Nashua through its national seminars and at a new facility that will be located in Broomfield, Colorado.
