Description: This heat-absorbing compound is formulated to eliminate and protect metal against heat damage and discoloration during brazing, soldering, welding, and other procedures. By applying the heat-absorbing paste directly from the container onto the metal, it will absorb and dissipate heat, preventing it from traveling through the metal surface. It protects parts in close proximity, such as pipes, valves, internal gaskets, and other components, that could be damaged during installation or repair work requiring heat. It stops heat-related damage, such as buckling, cracking, warping, and discoloration, and is available in pint, quart, gallon, and 5-gallon sizes. The product cleans up with soap and water.
