Once the module is connected and the app is downloaded and activated, the water heater is associated to the dealer, and wireless access is initiated. Users can control their tankless water heater from a smartphone or tablet to turn it on or off, change water temperature, monitor status, and more. For dealers, wireless access serves as a remote diagnostics tool and saves time.
