Description: The tado Smart AC Control uses a smartphone’s location to automatically adapt an air conditioner to the user’s behavior. The geo-aware app on a phone senses when the user leaves the house and turns off the air conditioner. As soon as the user starts approaching the home, tado begins pre-cooling or pre-heating. The tado app informs users what the temperature is at home and allows them to easily change any setting. The control works with any remote-controlled air conditioner and controls the unit via infrared technology.
