The TurboTorch^® G-Series single-stage nitrogen purging regulator is a patented, high-strength, zinc-aluminum alloy bonnet combined with a steel gauge guard to provide durability and protection from bumps and falls. The color-coded knob (black for inert gas) prevents confusion, while the knob’s ergonomic shape makes it easier to set pressure. The G-Series provides up to 500-psi delivery. HVAC technicians use nitrogen to purge copper lines before brazing in order to prevent scaling inside the line as well as to blow out condensate and debris.
