The fans utilize a next-generation direct-drive DC motor that delivers high efficiency and eliminates the need for a gearbox, which reduces noise, weight, and moving parts. AirVolution-D also has an onboard AirBrain processor that integrates into building operating systems via a gateway and automatically adapts to input voltages. Fan blade sizes range up to 24 feet in diameter.
