The D_97MC modulating variable-speed gas furnace delivers up to 97 percent AFUE. The furnace’s redesigned heat exchanger is small in size. The D_97MC’s tubular heat exchanger is small enough to fit in a 34 ½-inch-tall cabinet. Using wrinkle-bend technology, this unique design includes visible enhancements such as heavy-duty stainless steel for both the tubular and secondary heat exchanger. The cabinet includes thumb screws on the doors for tool-free service access and a single-piece, embossed cabinet wrapper that boasts less than 2 percent cabinet leakage.
