WinWholesale Inc. has named Portland Winair in Middletown, Connecticut, as the HVAC Company of the Year for 2013. The award was presented at WinWholesale’s 2014 Annual Meetings and Vendor Showcase awards dinner, attended by 1,200 people in Grapevine, Texas.
