WinWholesale Inc., a national distributor, has changed its name to Winsupply Inc.

Syracuse Winsupply recently opened to provide wholesale heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration contractors in Syracuse and the central New York region with an inventory of high quality HVAC equipment, supplies, and services.

WinWholesale Inc. announced Jack Johnston has been named chief executive officer of the company. Johnston retains his title as president of WinWholesale.

WinWholesale Inc., headquartered in Dayton, Ohio, recently acquired M. Cooper Supply, of Mokena, Illinois. The transaction closed July 1. Terms of the purchase were not disclosed.

Wise Country Winsupply has opened in Texas to provide wholesale plumbing contractors in Wise County and surrounding counties with an inventory of high quality plumbing products, supplies, and services.

WinWholesale Inc. selected six of its locations as Companies of the Year in their respective industry segments. The segments include plumbing, HVAC, industrial PVF, electrical, turf irrigation, and other industries.

WinWholesale Inc. acquired Security Supply, of Selkirk, N.Y. The transaction closed April 13. Terms of the purchase were not disclosed.

WinWholesale Inc. has hired two key individuals who will lead supply chain and logistics and talent acquisition, respectively.

Carr Supply opened a new branch in Taylor, Michigan, providing high-quality plumbing, HVAC, and water service supplies and equipment to contractors in downriver Michigan.
