The Copeland Scroll™ ZPK6 compressor product line of single-phase, 60-Hz, 1-5 ton fixed-capacity scroll compressors is designed for residential and commercial applications. The compressors feature new, transient sound-reduction design improvements, an optimized motor, and innovative gas management technology to enhance performance. Features include indirect suction, revised scroll sealing, a new seal interface, and a new bracket design. According to the manufacturer, the compressor delivers 2-5 percent efficiency improvements at key conditions that aid in the design of high-efficiency systems to meet new 2015 energy standards.
