ORLANDO, Fla. — GreenPath Energy Solutions, which provides services to reduce commercial building energy consumption, announced it will play a key role in Orange County’s Green Initiative to make buildings more energy efficient and sustainable. Samuel Graham, LEED AP, president and chief executive officer of GreenPath, said the company earned a key subconsultant role in the county’s new one-year Building Commissioning Services contract awarded to Graef-USA Engineering.

The contract provides for two one-year extensions.

The objective of the commissioning services contract is to improve building systems performance in line with Orange County’s Green Initiative by developing and executing an energy saving performance criteria for new and existing county buildings. “GreenPath will provide commissioning, measurement and verification, and energy auditing services for the GRAEF team,” Graham said.
