WHITE BEAR LAKE, Minn. — Tjernlund Products has announced a new smartphone optimized site for instant on-the-job wiring and troubleshooting help. The company’s product nameplates now feature a QR code that will directly link to the site or it can be accessed in a mobile browser at m.tjernlund.com.

The site contains short videos, wiring diagrams, and fault code troubleshooting help. It focuses on using the company’s UC1 Universal Interlock control in power venters, draft inducers, and powered combustion air installations.

Tjernlund’s e-learning coordinator, John Sterner, developed the site that assists contractors installing or servicing Tjernlund equipment when technical service help is not available. According to Sterner, “Even when we are available to help contractors during normal business hours, the site will add a visual element to our over-the-phone assistance. It should be an invaluable tool when contractors need help at night or on weekends.”
