MISSISSAUGA, Ontario — Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Institute of Canada (HRAI) appointed Daniel Cloutier as the HRAI regional manager in the province of Quebec. Cloutier has held positions with Honeywell, Carrier, Eugene Binette, the Electrical League of Quebec, and the Quebec Natural Gas Association. He will serve as the liaison to HRAI’s two affiliated contractor associations in Quebec, work in membership promotions, and help raise the profile of the HRAI brand within the province.
