Excellence Alliance Inc.: Estimating Proposal Generation Program
November 26, 2012
The cloud-based Estimating 4 Profit (E4P) program is designed to enhance productivity and profitability in the commercial HVAC marketplace. Users can integrate estimates, budgets, and pricing agreements into a professional commercial HVAC proposal document. Features include tiered user levels, 35 management-defined profit parameters, 195 commercial tasking equipment sheets, detailed internal and external reporting, lead tracking, top-level security, and dozens of other attributes — all without installation-, mainframe-, or network-based issues. The Site Survey Data Forms guide the contractor to collect critical data for estimating profitable commercial HVAC service agreements. Final price, stepwise calculations, and look-up tables are included. A built-in calculator lets the user add to estimates for special services. The program’s commercial service estimator fits any HVAC estimating process for either cost plus or gross profit margin pricing. An estimate can be turned into a professional proposal in just a few minutes. Templates (Word format) pull in customer and agreement information to quickly create an HVAC estimate, proposal, or service agreement. Best practices, industry communication, and liability requirements are all incorporated into E4P.
