NEW YORK — ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, announced that its subsidiary GreenHomes America LP has signed a franchise agreement with Washington Energy Services, a leading provider of home performance contracting services in Washington state. ABM said Washington Energy Services adds to its growing network and becomes its first residential HVAC contractor in Washington.

As a franchisee of GreenHomes America, Washington Energy Services will be joining ABM Franchising Group, a portfolio of franchise networks that deliver mechanical and electrical service and preventive maintenance solutions to commercial, industrial, and residential buildings. The franchising group consists of four franchise brands: Linc Service, GreenHomes America, TEGG, and CurrentSAFE. Utilizing the GreenHomes America residential business model, Washington Energy Services will expand its current offerings of home performance services to provide guaranteed energy savings to clients.
