IRVINE, Calif. — Tiger Remarketing Services is auctioning more than 1,000 lots of construction equipment, building, warehouse, and office equipment and supplies, along with a wide array of contractors' tools and more, in an online sale atwww.soldtiger.com. Bidding is underway and will close with a live auction on Sept. 13 at 10:30 a.m. (PDT).

The assets are owned by Irvine-based FTR International, a full service general contractor formed in 1984 whose projects included public works, schools, universities, stadiums, and police stations. Tiger Remarketing Services is conducting the auction on behalf of secured creditor East West Bank. Jeff Tanenbaum, president of Tiger Remarketing Services, said, “Bidders will find items that would appeal to construction companies and general contractors, as well as plumbing/HVAC contractors, paving and road construction companies, electrical contractors, distributors, independent DIY retailers, and businesses setting up warehouses or offices.”

The more than 1,000 lots of supplies and equipment come from FTR’s main warehouse at 3324 S. Susan St. in Santa Ana as well as its annex yard at 14312 Franklin Ave in Tustin. Sale previews will be held at both facilities on Sept. 11-12 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
