• Honeywell International Inc. (Morristown, N.J.) announced first quarter sales were up 7 percent to $9.3 billion, and earnings were up 18 percent to $1.04 per share.
• A.O. Smith Corp. (Milwaukee) announced first quarter net earnings of $47.5 million, or $1.02 per share, on a 12 percent increase in revenue.
• Burnham Holdings Inc. (Lancaster, Pa.) announced first quarter sales were $36.6 million, up from $36.3 million in 2011.
• Lennox International Inc. (Dallas) announced revenue for the first quarter was $684 million, up 2 percent from the prior-year quarter.
