April 13, 2012
SAHUARITA, Ariz. — Technical Training Associates has announced the introduction of a new series of HVACR troubleshooting training videos. In each video segment, instructor Jim Johnson will focus on a specific troubleshooting problem, describe how to take a step-by-step approach to correctly diagnose the failed component, and explain the cause and conditions behind the failure.
The first title in the DVD series, “A Heat Pump That Won’t Cool,” is now available. Priced at $40, the training package includes a self-print CD containing a resource guide and additional information that can be used both for self-study and in an instructor-led training environment.
