Bitzer’s ECOLINE R-134a Octagon Reciprocating Compressors are optimized for use with R-134a. The ECOLINE series increases energy efficiency up to 20 percent compared to traditional R-404A medium temperature systems, extends application limits toward lower condensing temperatures, decreases the system’s carbon footprint, and is ideal for variable speed operation up to 70 Hz with a standard motor, the company says. ECOLINE compressors are available in 6-50 hp.
