Quickly producing performance diagnostic reports that won’t confuse technicians or clients, the Total Performance Diagnostic gives the technician much more than just system performance results, says the company. The Technician’s Work Sheets utilize an easy (readings in/results out) platform that accommodates individual SEER, cooling, gas heat, electric heat, or combination report types. The tool also gives the technician a comparison low and high range by which results can be evaluated and compared. Even more importantly, system performance is summarized as a single, easy-to-understand percentage. The low and high performance ranges, and a number of other company preference and climate-sensitive variables, are easily customized using the Total Performance Diagnostics Preference Modification feature. With a simple click, the Technicians Work Sheet information is reformatted and converted into an easy-to-understand nontechnical Client Report. The Client Report can then be viewed, printed, and emailed to the client. Client Reports are customized with company logos and other company information, using the Company Details feature. The tool includes a search feature that allows archived reports to be searched by customer name or date. Total Performance Diagnostics accommodates multiple users within one company, so reports can be sorted by one user or all users.
